To order t-shirts simply send me an email with your interest and I will contact you back with payment and shipping details or you can download the order form and print and fill out. Important Note: if ordering (3) or more t-shirts please email me with desired quantity and your "ZIP CODE". I will email you back with the shipping and handling charge. Then you can mail form and money order.
